Explore our unforgettable experiences. Plan your wedding and stay the night in our honeymoon suite. Have your party and enjoy the dance floor. Setup your event and stay in our cabins, or just get away for the weekend and enjoy a relaxing time in the hills and woods of East Texas. Also coming soon 2023, we are opening The Garden Pub. When the Pub opens, it will be open only on Friday nights with live music on the water. To date we have acquired our TABC license and already offer some of the best organic home brews and meads for your personal pleasure. Currently the option of us providing beverages for your event here on the ranch is available with many serving options to choose from. Engagement and Romantic Getaway Package


Ready to "pop" the question? What about a special romantic getaway for you and your significant other? We have a great package for you. Roses, chocolate-covered fruit, a bottle of wine or sparkling grape juice and, your choice of setting based on availability. The cost of this event is $200. A stay in one of our cabins is included in this package.

Elopement Package


For your elopement bring a Texas Marriage Certificate and we will provide a minister, a bouquet of ribbon-tied flowers and boutonniere, wine glasses with wine or sparkling grape juice, photography for your event, your choice of setting, based on availability, and a stay in one of our one-bedroom cabins. All for $1000. You may have additional guests for your ceremony at $30 per person, including a taco bar or potato bar, for a maximum of 30 people. Take an additional cost for catered meals and guests.

Horse Motel


Board your horse overnight for $25 per horse per night. Coggins paperwork required at time of arrival. Your horse will be comfortable in one of our large covered stalls, and/or corrals. Fresh stall shavings and hay are available for purchase at a reasonable price. Stay in one of our cabins for an additional charge. We also have trailer hookups for $25 per night. Spend a day riding our numerous trails and try your horse's ability on the extreme obstacle course. The cost is $5 per rider.

Ranch Venue Wedding Package


Planning a wedding can be stressful and expensive. On our 170 acre ranch, you have your choice of settings; ones already prepared for you to choose from or ones that you make for that most cherished ceremony. In addition to the outdoor venues, we include a bridal dressing room, catering kitchen, serving utensils, decorations, sound equipment, a large covered structure with a huge dance floor, seating for 300 guests, a party deck, and an immaculate honeymoon suite for your first night of wedded bliss. Trail Rides


Ride the marked trails on our 170-acre ranch all day for $5 per rider. You and your horse are invited to try out the Extreme Obstacle Course. Board your horse with us overnight while you enjoy a stay in one of our cabins, or rent one of the trailer hookups. Negative Coggins required.

Cabin Venue Wedding & Event Package


This is our smaller more rustic event venue. It is for outdoor events only, unless of course, our clients wish to provide an event tent, for which we have ample space. This package includes 16 acres of Piney Woods, with our rustic cabin complex, replete with a party pavilion, cookhouse, and catering kitchen. Also included are the engagement and wedding photo time slots, tables and chairs for 100 people, as well as satellite TV and WiFi in the Cabins. All for $2500 for 2 nights. Photo Session Access


At our ranch, we welcome local photographers to capture the beauty of our ranch with their clients, but we have a few simple rules to ensure a harmonious experience for everyone. First, if you encounter a closed gate, please close it behind you—our livestock roaming around Smith County isn't fun for anyone. Second, if you plan to use confetti, make sure it's biodegradable to protect our environment. Lastly, and most importantly, when sharing photos from your shoot on social media, don't forget to tag the ranch. This helps us celebrate your work and keeps our community connected.

Leadership Challenge Course


Our 10 station challenge course is great for any team that is newly assembled or that has been together for years. This Course will make you better listeners and communicators. Each station will encourage teammates to think outside the box, create a stronger cohesive unit, and build trust among each other. Each individual will be challenged to put the team as a whole above themselves by being put in awkward, difficult, and complicated situations. Teams must agree to complete the course before entering, thus maintaining the mantra "finish what you start." Because the ending of a thing is better than the beginning. We promise to provide a fun adventure for your team, one that they will retain and remember the skills they learned and the memories they made. Your group will be divided into teams of no more than 10 people and led through the course by a qualified instructor. The cost for this event is $80 per group of 7 to 10 people.t already have an event scheduled.
